[Unfinished] Dead Matter Military Outfit redux

I never got to finish this piece for Dead Matter and I think it was eventually cut, but I was permitted to post it
It was also simulated in Marvelous including the backpack, then finished in zbrush with retopo and UVs in maya and bakes in Marmoset Toolbag.
